How does this Certificate program work ... ?

As a holder of a Certificate, you shop as you would in any online store. You can select any items we currently offer on our website that are not Advertisements or indicated as a third party Special Offers. You simply 'Add to Cart' the items you desire. To checkout with the items in your cart, you simply click 'Checkout'. Note, you will need to create an account to checkout.

You can order as much as you like as often as you like. During checkout (and in numerous other places throughout the website), you will be prompted for your valid Certificate Passcode in order to receive your Certificate Use. 'Redeem' your Certificate by submitting the Passcode that is printed on your Certificate. ( Click for HELP finding the Passcode on your Certificate ) 

If your passcode is valid and submitted correctly, you will come to a welcome page that shows that your Certificate Use has been approved and activated. Also, the 'Redeem Certificate' link at the top will disappear.

If Price, S&H applies to your Certificate, you must pay the charge for Product 'Price, Shipping and Handling' (Price, S&H) for items based on the final subtotal of items in your shopping cart for delivery right to your door. In some cases, Price, S&H may not apply. ( Click for Price, S&H Chart. )

To determine the Price, S&H or if Price, S&H applies to your Certificate, you must first 'Redeem' your Certificate by submitting the Passcode that is printed on your Certificate. If your Passcode has not been submitted or it was submitted incorrectly, a 'Certificate' Passcode Text Form will remain at the top right area of web pages within our website. It will also ask that you Redeem a valid Passcode on the Price, S&H Chart page on this website.

You can also find the link to the Price, S&H table in the Support and Customer Service links at the top and bottom of your screen. ( Click Here to View Price, S&H Chart. ) The final Price, S&H, if applicable, and Certificate Use will be calculated and displayed for your approval in the final checkout pages.

You only pay the final 'Total' clearly indicated in RED on the checkout Confirmation page. The checkout Confirmation page is your chance to review your Order before it is processed and payment collected.

Note: if you select the 'STANDARD' Shipping option for the checkout Shipping Method Type, THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE. For rush, express, and international shipping additional charges apply. 

Certificates can be redeemed via the web or you can order product by mail or fax. 

Don't forget to Submit your Certificate Use Passcode if no Certificate Use is shown at the top of your shopping cart. It may have been entered automatically if it shows a Certificate Use and you haven't submitted a passcode.

Can I use my Certificate for Advertisements or Special Offers ... ?

NO...Advertisements and Special Offers are programs separate from the Certificate Program. Therefore, Certificates may not be used. Special offers are Third Party Advertisements placed placed on the website. The ads are presented on the website to offer you additional special values.

An item(s) is missing from my Order ... ? 

There are a few reasons this can happen.
 
  • Large Orders or Orders with Large Items may be split into several packages that ship separately. Multiple packages can get separated during shipping and arrive at different times. Try tracking your shipment in our Contact Us Knowlege base (Click Here to Track Shipments). You can also track your shipment in your 'My Account' area of this site (Click Here to Track Shipments in My Account). Your 'My Account' login should be your email address and a password you selected. The 'My Account' area provides additional Order History and Order Status information.

  • Items marked "BO" (i.e. Back-Ordered or Refunded) on your Order Packing Slip mean that the item was found to be out of stock at the time of delivery. Back-Ordered items will NOT ship to you. However, you will be automatically Refunded (if payment by Check, or if payment by Credit Card you will not be charged) for the items at the time of shipping.

  • It's rare but sometimes we do make mistakes. If you feel we may have missed your item please contact us immediately (Click Here to Contact Us).

    No shipment tracking information was found for my Order/Invoice Number ... ? 

    There are a few reasons this can happen.

  • Recheck that you are using the correct Order Number or Invoice Number to track your shipment. This can be found in your confirmation emails. You should have received an email with an invoice for the items you ordered. This invoice will have your Order Number or Invoice Number (they are the same number). If you received partial shipment so far, your Order Number can also be found on the Order Packing Slip. You can try tracking again in our Contact Us Knowlege base ( Click Here to Track Shipments ). You can also track your shipment in your 'My Account' area of this site ( Click Here to Track Shipments in My Account ). Your 'My Account' login should be your email address and a password you selected. The 'My Account' area provides additional Order History and Order Status information.

  • Depending on the Shipping Method Type you selected in Check-Out your item may not show up in our tracking system for up to a couple of weeks or more. We encourage you to track your shipment using this online tracking system as many times as you would like until delivery exceeds the estimated delivery interval (Click Here to Track Shipments). Contacting Us is not necessary unless delivery exceeds the estimated delivery time for the type of delivery you selected (as posted in Customer Service Center).

  • There are reasons we ship using a Shipping Method that does not utilize our tracking capabilities. These reasons can be P.O. Boxes were given for your 'Ship To' address, an invalid phone number was given, some international orders or the 'Shipping Method Type' you selected. However, we encourage you to continue tracking your shipment using this online tracking system as many times as you would like until delivery exceeds the estimated delivery interval (Click Here to Track Shipments). Contacting Us is not necessary unless delivery exceeds the estimated delivery time for the type of delivery you selected (as posted in Customer Service Center).

  • You may have entered invalid address information and we are holding your order until we hear from you. We try to contact you right away by phone and email, but sometimes contact information is incomplete. Please review your confirmation email to see if typos were made in your address information. You may also review your Account Info, Order Status and Order History in your 'My Account' area of this site ( My Account ). Your 'My Account' login should be your email address and a password you selected. You may edit your Account Info, but not the Order 'Ship To' Info. If there are mistakes in your address information in your confirmation email or Order History 'Ship To' Info, PLEASE Contact Us immediately. In general, please wait a few days and then try tracking again in our Contact Us Knowlege base ( Click Here to Track Shipments ).

  • If you feel we may have missed your item please contact us immediately ( Click Here to Contact Us ).

    I do not feel safe ... ?

    We appreciate your concern about exchanging personal and financial information over the internet. We encrypt all personal and payment information before transmitting over the internet using SSL Encryption Technology. You may click on the SSL 'LOCK' that appears on your browser seen during 'My Account' and checkout processes. With SSL Encryption it is unlikely that unauthorized persons will read the information submitted. Clicking on the 'LOCK' will display the status of our Encryption Certificate.

    However if you do not feel safe completing the Credit Card transaction over the internet with our Authorize.net secure payment gateway, we have come up with a solution.  Add all the items you would like to your shopping cart and proceed to check out.  Next, create an account and enter in all your information name, address, phone, email, etc...   Redeem your Certificate and then click on the 'Checkout' button or link.

    Follow the instructions as you enter in your information until you get to the Payment Information page, you will now be asked to provide us with credit card info.

    Please provide the payment information. Then hit the 'Continue' Button. (Note, this will not process payment of your order. It will bring you to the final Confirmation page.)
    Now, after you filled in all your information and are on the Confirmation page, you should print the page making sure all your information is filled out correctly.

    You can fax or mail your Order (i.e. your printed Confirmation page) to us, which ever you prefer. You should include payment as shown in the 'Total' line. You may also pay by check if you prefer (cross out any Credit Card Info from the printed Confirmation page.

    I am not able to check out on the website ... ? 

    To make a purchase online from this site, you must have an SSL-enabled browser such as Netscape Navigator (version 4.0 or higher) or Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4.0 or higher).

    What forms of payments are accepted for online purchases ... ? 

    We are currently accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards of said brands.

    Fraudulent payment information will be reported to the proper authorities.

    Can I order items to be sent as gifts ... ? 

    Any item you select can be shipped to another recipient's address. However; we do not offer a gift wrapping service.

    Can orders be shipped internationally ... ?

    At this time, orders can be shipped inside the United States, its possessions and/or territories, Canada and other countries listed in the Check Out form. Note, countries listed are subject to change without notice.

    Please allow additional time beyond stated estimates for delivery outside of the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. and please make special note of that during the holiday season when delivery status is given.

    An international delivery surcharge fee will apply for all international orders.
